What makes a city decent to be inhabited? Whether because of its health services, education, sports facilities, and infrastructure? Each year, the Economist Intelligence Unit EIU lists of most livable cities. Ratings are based on the condition of good infrastructure, acceptable health systems by society, until the low rate of murder.

Melbourne scored a perfect record for the points and is followed by other cities in Australia.

Vancouver was ranked third as a livable city in the world with the score is 97.3. This is the largest metropolitan city in western Canada and the third largest in Canada. Vancouver is known in the world for its beauty. Not just because it is surrounded by beaches and mountains, but also because its culture.
